I was parusing the starfish market online sale flyer to see what I might pick up next week. When on the front page I came across an intersting item for sale......

BEEF FEET ?!! :shock: How does one prepare beef feet ?!! hahaha

this is used for bull foot soup and is a Caribbean staple dish, found with variations throughout the region.

Havent had cow foot soup. But oxtail soup is quite good and a good source of energy.
High in the rockies?
