Sea Swan Suite

Post by cjroyer »

I am looking for a reasonably priced place to stay for our visit this spring and came upon this rental. It looks very nice but can't find any reviews except the one on VRBO. Has anyone stayed or heard of this unit? Any info you can provide would be great.
VRBO 420136

Thanks...

I haven't seen the inside, since someone was staying there, but I was upstairs in the main house last week. Alyce and Paul Jordan own Plumeria, the villa next to Coconuts, and Sea Swan Suite is a new unit they built below their primary residence at the end of the estate road that Coconuts and Plumeria are on. The views are great, facing the sunset, and a large tract of undeveloped land lies in front of SSS. Alyce and Paul are great people, and I have to believe that SSS would be as clean and well-kept as Plumeria (plus it's new). The floors are thick concrete, so you would be pretty much unaware that they were upstairs. You can count on any representations about SSS on VRBO to be accurate, with no surprises. Go for it!

All the best,

Kevin
