STT to Boston?

Post by Maryanne »

Has AA not only discontinued the nonstop from STT, but also the nonstop from SJU???? aaaah..

I have one-way nonstops to STTJ on Jetblue for January, but want to have flexibility for the return home, and was hoping to use miles to book AA at least from SJU.

We were recently unable to find non-stops on the way back to Boston. No problem finding them down.

When AA filed bankruptcy, they agreed to sell their American Eagle system and they significantly reduced their presence in Puerto Rico.

Left STT yesterday for Boston, jet Blue Non-Stop. Awesome airline! Arrived Boston 6:15 PM. Also went down STT Sunday Nov 11th Jet Blue Non-Stop. Life is good. I only check AA now as an after-thought. I miss the rock already.

Thanks for the replies !

I love using AA miles for trips, because the flights can be changed without penalty. And we often stay on STJ longer than planned.

I do love JetBlue, though. At least they are available.

Additional note on Jet Blue. Our return flight to Boston on the 19th was supposed to go into SJU to pick up passengers. That never happened so our flights were non-stop. Passenger we met on the plane said the return trip now to Boston is most often direct without going into SJU. Might help u with future plans.

That's so weird. I've been waiting for JetBlue to announce round-trip one-ways between BOS and STT. I wish they would just pull the trigger.
