Handicap airplane exit in STT

Handicap airplane exit in STT

How would someone get down the stairs to the Tarmac on STT? My Dad has been having trouble with his leg and I know he couldn't make those stairs. Is there something that they do for a person confined to a wheelchair? Thanks!

Yes - make arrangements in advance and they take you off the plane via the "lift" that brings up the food/beverages when they refill the plane.
