Need help posting pictures from Photobucket

I have always copied pictures from Photobucket on the old forum. I hit the HTML code copied and pictures were there. I now understand you need to use BBC code but I do not see it on that site or understand how to copy.Could someone that uses photobucket please give me a simple explanation? I am not even sure what a BBC code is.

My kids would cringe if they knew I was asking another computer question but they are not here so please bear with my computer ignorance.

Use the IMG code - but for the best results your picture should be sized to 640 wide before you post it.
