Rumble in the Virgins

Post by EastEnder »

Felt a little quaking here about 15 minutes ago.

earthquake.usgs.gov reports it as 4.0 magnitude about 18 km NNE off Road Town, BVI

A very different feeling when you are on the beach. Not like in Virginia when fixtures shook.

Glass panes were rattling and the floor was moving, but it was mild compared to the one in VA/MD last year. I was in Baltimore then and had initially thought the boiler in the building had exploded.

This one was much tamer and am happy to report no damage to the East End.
