I thought each unit at SRV had a small splash pool. The floor plan diagram shows just a "planter "in the courtyard.

Oh dear, this is such a loaded and sensitive question. The private plunge pools were a great idea executed poorly. No let me rephrase that. They were a second thought executed badly. They became a huge drain on our maintenance budget. Not only did they leak but they took a big lump out of our energy budget as well. It was a decision we all agonized over but in the end we decided to fill them in. As of now, the plunge pools in units B & C have been filled in or closed. When funds and crews become available we will begin on the others.

So as not to false advertise we photoshopped them out of the drawings. They were old drawings so they took a lot of photoshopping. Not just for disappearing plunge pools.

So what I am saying is, if they are not filled in, they are still operating. Our maintenance and rental agents CimarronStJohn will know. Our owners are split on the change. For families with young children, they were kind of dangerous. For us oldsters lacking pool bodies, the privacy was kind of nice. But in the end, holding our maintenance fees down and keeping up with the improvements on the hill were more important. Besides, since there are only 6 units to SRV you can always find some private time at the main pool.

So there you have it. The case of the disappearing plunge pools solved.
