New ticker coming and recommendations please

Post by Myheart'sinSTJ »

Hi all! I'm excited that I will have a new ticker very soon, I will be travelling to STJ, with 2 newbies 9/29-10/6/12, can anyone recommend a villa/condo that will sleep 3 (it would be nice to have 3 bedrooms but cost might be an issue), we would like to stay in the 1500/2000 range which I think is possible for 9/29 to 10/6. We probably will consider any area but Coral Bay which might be a little remote for their first trip. Also I contacted Amalie car rental in STT and they are closed for the month of Sept. :(. I would really like to rent on STT so we don't have to deal with taxis and do our shopping on the way over. I have rented from Dependable before, they have good service but their vehicles are "tired". Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance for your response. Cheers!

Hi - and congratulations on your upcoming trip!

We stayed at Moonsong Villa (managed by Cloud 9) which overlooks Hart Bay in the Chocolate Hole area - and LOVED it! It only has 2 bedrooms - but there is a pull-out couch in the LR. It has a nice view of Hart Bay, a very nice Hot Tub - it is light, open & airy... and VERY convenient to just about everything - and it's very reasonably priced. :-)
Peace,

Lisa

Thanks Lisa for the info, we have decided this time to stay up at Gift HIll, we stayed in Chocolate Hole last month off Rock Ridge Rd, there are so many nice places to stay, it is hard to decide :)

I've gotten two good vehicles from Discount on STT before. Liberty was almost new less than 1000 miles. Durango was older than that but still good. We've had two good experiences with them.
Good luck and have a good trip.
Tickerless :(
