I believe the person showing the property was a friend of mine down on STT...She had clients fly down looking to buy...I understand the price on the property is 595K. Hope the person who buys leaves it in the rental market for others like us to enjoy! It was beautiful! And nice and close to the water!
Hoping for a USVI ticker in 2013!
