Hey Minde!

Did you cook your ribs yet? I'm just curious as to how they turned out.

That's a long story! I rubbed them with the spices/sugar and put them in foil into the basement rec-room fridge. When I went down to bring them up to cook, I noticed the fridge didn't seem very cold, so I took the thermometer down and the fridge was at 55 degrees!!!
So we had hotdogs that night, but I did use the ribs as a test, and 3/12 hours was the length of time I want to leave them in. They made the house smell great, but I couldn't chance eating them cause they'd been in a 55 degree environment for 2 days :(

Well, at least I know I can do it. But I had to throw this 15# of ribs out.....

Thank you for asking, Lindy!

Oh Minde, how disappointing!! At least you got to use them for a trial run, but 15# is a lot to watch go into the garbage can! :(
