Porter in STT
I know this topic has been brought up but could someone please review again the point of getting a porter at STT airport and how to go about doing it?
Many thanks

The porters at the airport are in unifirm and wear a hat
They will be waiting around the area where passengers are dropped off. They will take your bags for you and get you through the check in line and through customs....all the way until where you drop your luggage off. They can usually get you through all the lines faster as well
They are well worth the money! We usually give them $5 per bag, as well as a $5-$10 tip. Money well spent IMO to get through the mess faster!

We've been to STJ 9 times and only used a porter once, on our last trip when we had 4 adults and a toddler...including a Pack N Play, 4 checked pieces of luggage, a car seat, carry-ons, a diaper bag, and a stroller. Our porter was worth her weight in gold. But this summer we're returning, just my husband and me, and we wouldn't choose to spend money on a porter for just the two of us.
Let us live so that when we come to die even the undertaker will be sorry.
