Villas that are 1 or 2 BR with private pool?

Post by stjchica »

What villa comes to mind for a couple wanting a private pool in a nice(safe) villa around $1400/week?

When are you going? Go to VRBO and ask if they offer any discounts. Some will, some won't - it's a tough economy right now. I've been checking out real estate and it seems to be much lower than last summer.

Have stayed at the above mentioned Stone Harbor before-used to be listed by Great Caribbean Getaways but I see it's not anymore.

We've also stayed at Casa Blanca
http://www.villafish.com/Villas/Propert ... b_menu_top
which is co-listed with Caribe Havens.

This place was recently renovated, we stayed there before so can't comment on the renovations.

Don't forget to factor in your taxes etc, not sure if your budget is counting that in already or not.

Feel free to PM me if you have questions on either of these two.

We loved Villa Jumbie on Seagrape Hill over Donkey Diner & Skinny's.
Unbelievable value; spacious,yet cozy.
Good luck!

I can't tell you how lovely this private little villa is.
As a gift to the new villa owners & guests, we left a few things...; cocktail shakers, rope ladder for any type of dinghy excursion, and whatnot.
SO thrilled for you, the pix on the website simply DO NOT do the actual home justice (like most others,as well on STJ), and I'm sure you'll be as excited as well as relaxed as you walk through the "front door" not only the first time, but every other time,as well! Double the pleasure! A spacious tucked in little piece of heaven!
