villa rental help needed - 2 bdr or sleeps 4

Post by mnfun2bme »

Hi All,
Please help. We have done a great deal of research but I'm throwing this out there for the people that are "in the know."

Looking for a unit that sleeps 4, (1 or 2 baths)... nothing spectacular required. It's 4 women, not two couples. Here's the wish list:

** clean and bright

** convenient location (we're struggling between being in Coral Bay closer to our favorite beaches or being in Cruz Bay convenient to grocery. Open to either. We will have a rental car.

** Sunsets would be nice

** Hot tub would be nice but not necessary

** We prefer a beautiful view with some surrounding islands as opposed to the south shore of open seas.

** Here's the kicker: We need to be less than $2400/week for 4 people in HIGH season. (that does not have to include tax... but we can't get a place for $2400 if they then add for the 3rd and 4th person.)

Please help!! Any suggestions are so much appreciated!

Yes.... I AM WORKING ON A TICKER

Look at Adventure Villa in Coral Bay. Its within your price range. We haven't stayed there but friends of ours did and enjoyed it.

Hi!

Here's one for you to look at:

http://www.caribehavens.com/frangipani.htm

Frangipani is a Coral Bay rental, a little past Shipwreck. It has two levels, each with its own bedroom & bathroom, and a loft. No hot tub, but a pool. Decks on both levels. Fantastic views across Coral to Haulover, the East End & beyond, with great breezes off the front decks, and we had hummingbirds off the side deck every morning while drinking our morning coffee. Very comfortable inside, with easy-access driveway. It's the east side, so no sunsets to speak of, but great sunrises. The house is handled by Nancy Hedlund (we love Nancy!) at Caribe Havens. We have booked through Nancy for 5 out of 8 trips and have always been happy with her service. Give it a look, though the pictures don't do justice to what a sweet place this is. Have fun wherever you decide to stay!

Try:
Condos: Cruz Views, Serendip, Coconut Coast, Villas Caribe (Cielomar, Soleil)

Houses/apartments in houses: Blue Aweigh, Waterklip suite, Grandview, Time Out, Cameron Cove,

I have not stayed at any of these but was looking for affordable places for 4 a few years ago and came across them.
