need villa ideas please

Post by shandrac »

Looking to stay somewhere in the middle or closer to Coral Bay. We would like to be up high with a pool and/or hot tub and view. Would like the deck to be fairly private. We have 2 adults and are trying to stay under 2500. Any ideas to share? Previously have stayed at Gallows point, Cloud 9, and Sundance.

Try VRBO, there are a some great villas.

Not to be biased  but I love Island Dreams and it is perfect for 2 people.($1995/week off season)

We loved St John Livin. Pool, Hot Tub, stylish, private, great views with easy access. Felt like we were being spoiled.

Actually sits beside Island Dreams above Coral Bay.

Adventure Villa has a hot tub, and is a large villa, that is reasonably priced. It made it to our final 2. We chose Castle St. John over Adventure Villa, and Adventure has 4100 sq. feet. We are hopeing to take a quick look at it, and will consider it for our next visit to St. John!

I personally wouldn't do no AC in August. We were there in August in Catherineburg and I was dying when the power was out overnight with no a/c. Of course, I like it to be closer to 70 to sleep in, depends on what you're comfortable with. You'll need windows open if no a/c. There were some REALLY loud critters outside the window at night that made it darn near impossible to sleep the night with no a/c.

That's what I thought! Never stayed in one without. Throwing out Notre Ciel and Brisas del mar due to no a/c. Down to Viewtiful or st john livin.
