Thanksgiving - what is open?

Hello friends, we've been meeting/discussing our FALL trip and believe we will be traveling and arriving on Thanksgiving which got me to thinking. . . . .would any stores, restaurants be open on Thanksgiving? We usually rent our vehicle on St. Thomas and stop at Cost-U Less to provision. Does anyone have experience traveling on that day and if anything was open?

I'm pretty sure Cost-U-Less will be closed, since I've been thwarted in my shopping there by lesser holidays more than once. You can call them at 340-777-3545.
St John groceries will be open, probably most restaurants, etc.
