Dark and Diet

My local Party Store laid in a bottle of Cruzan Dark for me for the acclimation I told him I needed to assimiate my body to the Island Concoction(s) and for the upcoming mission to assist with the Island's local economy.

So, my mom (who is 75 and is a 9 year local) wants a recipe for a nice Dark Island, blended, happy hour, sunset, before we got to town, libation to kick off the festivities.

Any sugestions?
