Villa for 3 couples?

Post by Backtotheislands »

I'm looking for a villa with 3 fairly equal bedrooms for July. We would need AC in at least the bedrooms and a pool. I'd like to keep it around $3500 or less. I LOVE Coral Bay, but would be willing to try another area with a great view! 2 of the couples would be newbies. Thanks, in advance, for your reccomendations!

Bay Rum Breeze has availability for one week in July. It's a great house with really nice bedrooms. Another house that I can think of is Casa Bueno. The three bedrooms in the house are equal but I don't know about availability.

We had three couples in '08 and stayed at Calypso Del Sol in Chocolate Hole. Great view, killer pool, fully ac'd, tons of covered deck space and a screened in porch. One bedroom on the main level and two identical bedrooms on the lower level. The main level bedroom really wasn't "better", just maybe a little bigger.

Happy villa hunting!!!

We've rented Casa Luna for a week in May. I've never stayed there before, but it looks nice.

Went to STJ this past July for the first time with our family and stayed at Casa Bueno. It is a wonderful house with great views. Any questions ask away. Wish we were going back but will get their again soon.

We stayed in Great Turtle Villa in December and in 10 trips, so far this has been my favorite villa!! It's in Upper Carolina so it's convenient to Coral Bay and what a view!!

check out Villa Carolina on Carolina Ridge. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs bedroom is reached by a very wide staircase and the bedroom and bath are the same as the stairs bedrooms. There is also a patio. Yes the upstairs bedrooms have a better view but the downstairs bedroom is very beautiful. The views from the deck are fantastic. we are staying there in May and have stayed 2X before. Great villa.

Island Horizons is another choice. A/C in all bedrooms. 2 Master Bedrooms on main level and a Bedroom suite one level below. Lots of privacy for everyone. Includes a pool, an absolutely KILLER view, and a small thrill driving the steep driveway twice a day!

Good Luck! Have Fun!

We also stayed at Island Horizons in'08. Loved it!
The steps aren't that bad,and take it from a guy whose fiancee walks with a cane,;they're definately nothing to consider regarding renting this home.
The home itself was gorgeous, and as mentioned, the view is to die for!
Highly recommend it.
Also stayed at Sago Palms overlooking the North Shore, and it was just a knockout! They were doing some construction on a new home next door, but it's bound to be finished by now.
Both homes were very private,as well.
I think my favorite home that I've visited there is Spellbound. It's mentioned that there's ac in 1 bdrm, but if I'm recollecting correctly, the other 2 had small floormounted ac's that worked out just fine. Great pool, lots of space & privacy between levels.
There's an outdoor shower in the "mid" level bedroom, and the views will completely rock your world.
Another favorite was Plumeria Villa. It has a large front gate that opens into a main common area with they delightful pool and incredible pool & view.
Can suit 3 couples if one doesn't mind the loft accomodations. Loved the open airy layout, and of course, this place was a homerun,as well!
Good luck and enjoy!
Smiles-
