Early morning ferry question
Trying to piece together flights for our June trip because fares are high and times are bad. Considering flying into San Juan the night before and taking the 8:30am JetBlue flight to arrive on STT before 9. That will give us a whole day on the island. Only thing is on the return we will need to take the 9:35 flight out of STT back to SJU. Looking at the ferry schedule it seems that only one company has a 6 am car ferry on Saturdays. Can someone confirm that this is the case and the 6 am ferry definitely does run every Saturday? And since the flight is only to San Juan, does the 2 hour ahead of time rule still apply or can we arrive closer to flight time?
Thanks
Thanks

Yes, the 6AM car barge runs every Saturday. I've taken it a number of times. You'll be in plenty of time for your flight as the airport is not crowded at that hour and it's an easy drive across St. Thomas. You will have to arrange a drop-off of your vehicle at the airport with your rental car company as they won't be open that early. I know that Dependable and Discount allow you to park it there and lock the key in the glove compartment.
