So Thankful for Family at Christmas

My daughter and son-in-law have been partner/owners with Sonic for 20 years. Today they are attending a memorial for a Sumter, SC partner. His 26 year old wife just passed away from leukemia. They have a one year old. They tried many, many clinical trials at Duke and Emory. She was a beautiful and energetic young woman whose time came too soon. Makes you appreciate and hold dear those people in your lives who mean everything to you.

We lost a valued employee to leukemia, also too young and today we learned of young parent in our town has too few days left.

It does make me think about how thankful I am.
