Favorite Gift Hill Villa

I have decided to try the Gift Hill area for our next trip. Interested in warm pool , great view, air conditioning in bedrooms. Does anyone have a favorite they have stayed at . Budget 2500 off season.

cloud 9 is one of best views/values on island for a couple, 2 couples or family with kids you can stick in loft or sleeping alcove. she's not luxury but in our 4 stays have always found her clean, well stocked and ac in great room can sure help on those full sun days. ac there and in 2 poolside bedrooms are super quiet split systems. we love all on same level, opening up all doors for island feel and wining, grilling & dining on deck while watching sunsets and stt lights.

never really considered since even at 50% off rack rate, still substantially higher than c9 rack rate (which we have never paid as last minute travelers). walked through while under construction and sure looks luxury to me.

Just returned from Sunset Serenade. Not sure if you can get much higher on Gifft Hill than that. Amazing views. Was clean, nice floorplan. Certainly off the beaten path.

Does anyone know if the pool at Cloud nine is warm . I see Coconuts on Gift hill has a heated pool .

The Cloud 9 pool wasn't cold but refreshing when we were there in the month of August. The hot tub was hot!
Sunset Serenade is still on my short list. Views look wonderful.

I stayed at Donald Schnell's Gift Hill villa in the 90s. It was great back then - very spacious, a great view and a nice, warm pool. I am not sure about the cost, however, but worth a look.

Check out Coconuts on Gifft Hill. We love it there. Very private pool, nice covered eating area, great views across to St Thomas.
