Getting nervous about Windspree

Post by SusieQT »

Trying the make a reservation, very spotty communication over that past 6 days.

ie they said they would send an email confirmation, didn't. I called to follow up & received emails with the wrong rate.

Can anyone calm me down? We are traveling at high season, don't want to arrive without accommodations.

Thanks!

Sorry, I have had a bad experience with Windspree and since have chosen other companies to work with. I'm sure many others have had positive experiences with them, though.
Be persistent, call them and email them until you get confirmation and correct rates.
Hope it works out just fine for you!

Many people on this forum have dealt with Windspree and we've heard of no adverse results from their dealings. We rented through them a few years ago and had a very good experience. They may be slightly light staffed right now and are having trouble keeping up. I would respond back to them with a copy of the agreed upon price and ask them to confirm. Be patient, I'm sure it will straighten itself out.

We used Windspree in March and had no issues. I would just email and be patient and think island time in low season!

We used Windspree in Feb 2010 and they were fine, very nice, very laid back, plus its Coral Bay so even more laid back! Have you called?

We are using Windspree for our trip next Summer. The villa is booked. I've had great communication and no issues at all so far. They are a reputable company.

I've used Windspree repeatedly and have never had an issue. I think that Karen and Kay are great. I learned to also have them handle the car rental. Everything always goes like clockwork.
