Villa rental resource

I'm considering a trip in early December and I see that some rental agencies have started to offer special rates for those weeks. I'm wondering if there is a resource or strategy to get the last minute deals? The second part of my question: is there a website that lists most of the rental villas/agencies on the island in one place? It seems I find a new site every time I look and some offer specials on a villa that isn't on special on other websites.

I'm looking for an affordable 1-2 bedroom for 3 adults and a baby. the only things I'd like to have are a pool onsite or be walking distance to the ocean.

Walking distance to the ocean will be the very limiting factor in any responses.
Maybe look into the Westin.

I guess I'm not asking for help finding a specific villa, more a general question about the preferred website to look for rentals, or a website that lists most or all of the agencies offering rentals on st. John.

There are ton of rental agencies. I highly recommend that you book with an on island ocmpany.
