Island Sun Villa

Has anyone stayed at Island Sun lately? It doesn't have a/c, and we are planning a trip for late June 2012.....I'm wondering if we'd be miserable in the summer without air conditioning.
I'm assuming this villa is reached via John Head Road - does anyone know for sure?

We have stayed there twice,both in the summer.
The first time it was so cool at night we almost
could have used blankets.The second time we burned up
At night.Go figure. But is my all time favorite villa.

Stayed in May.(4yrs ago) No A/C needed, breezy. Bedrooms not entirely equal if going with 4/couples, but all nice. Fabulous villa!

Stayed in June - so windy I used a blanket in bed. It's on John Head Road - 3rd house in, I believe.
