Registered for 8 Tuff!

Registration for 8 Tuff opened at 2 a.m. our time; I was registered just a few minutes later! (I'm at a lake house get-away weekend with friends, so we were up anyway drinking wine.)

This will be my first 8 Tuff. I'm a bit intimidated, but excited!

So I have flights, a villa reserved, and now my race registration. Woo hoo! Next stop is the Jeep. I'm bringing a newbie and I can't wait to show her STJ.

You know they won't let you use the Jeep during the race...right?

A few jeeps drive along the route while we're still running- believe me, I have thought about jumping on often!

Congrats chicagoans- I was up at 2 am signing up our group, too! We'll be there for number 3 (for hubby and me). We brought newbies last year and they are sold- want to do it every year! It is a FANTASTIC race with all kinds of entrants- my favorite. You will have a BLAST! Now go run some hills

YAY KATIE! YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so in awe of you and I so wish I was going to be there with you--now get yourself some hills and start training!
