Graduation party

Post by jdw »

My daughter is graduating from nursing school in December. For her party we are having a few people over in the afternoon for Christmas goodies and a hot chocolate bar. Looking for suggestions on how to serve the hot chocolate (urn, etc). If you have any recipes for hot chocolate send those as well.

Thanks!

I would do 3 different types; milk, dark, and white and have TONS of fun things to add
marshmallows
peppermint sticks
chocolate chips
Whipped cream
cinnamon sticks
orange twists
pirouline cookies

and if you want to add booze
Baileys
Pepermint Schnapps
Grand Marnier
Godiva

I would make chocolate dipped spoons for mixing.
You dip a heavy duty plastic spoon in melted chocolate and chill.

Depending on how many people, you can rent or borrow urns or just use insulated carafes
