Peter Bay Gatehouse

Does anybody know how private the deck and hot tub areas of Peter Bay Gatehouse are? If you were renting with both units occupied would you have privacy? Thanks.

When we rented in Peter Bay and drove past the Gatehouse several times a day. I remember being able to see people on the deck.

Not that you asked but that location will have a lot of road noise. We were further down the hill, buffered by trees and bushes and the road noise was very noticable, especially at night.

We stayed at the Gatehouse on the lower floor and luckily no renters above us.

The views are incredible and yes, close to the NS road but never a problem for us except early in the morning when construction trucks were driving by.

I would stay in the upper for the most privacy.

I've stayed in the upper unit of the Gatehouse. Wonderful space, views and location; I loved it. However, there were a couple of days where the bottom unit was rented and yes, privacy was a bit of an issue. I'm sure it was an even bigger issue for the folks below. Ali~
