The National Data Buoy Center --- www.ndbc.noaa.gov -- has a new buoy at 18.3N - 64.7W just off the South Coast of STJ - unfortunately it won't be indicative of any N Swell but is worth checking --- Buoy 41052 ---- but gives some excellent info and graphs.
