Trust me. Sol Inclination is NOT APPROPRIATE for either a toddler or an oldster. One dizzy spell or one bolt from the car or patio and you're 400' down the valley in seconds.
Beautiful villa, but not for the faint of heart.

Bay Rum Breeze is fully airconditioned and is next door to Apito up on Mamey Peak. Fabulous villa with a jaw dropping view. We loved it.

Chococruz has full ac and lots of stuff for kids. Allesandra can be full ac also for extra $.

Are you sure about that? We are staying at Bay Rum Breeze this summer and the owner told me the a/c is only in the bedrooms.

It states this on the VRBO listing:
Air Conditioning: Each bedroom is air conditioned. There are fans in the great room, veranda, each bedroom and the bedroom decks

And Viva's says this:
A/C in All Bedrooms
