Good Karma Needed

Post by greyhoundmom »

Tonight for a dear person in my life. Went in today for a cortesone injection...tingling in face and arm. On to ER and waiting to be admitted. MRI early a.m. tomorrow...possible stroke. They are less than a week away from the Rock.

I can say now that it is Ruby of Capt Dan & Ruby. She has been my dear friend and sis-in-law for 35 years. They have done the past four years on the Rock with us. This is their first year by themselves, a week on STJ and a week on Lovango, leaving the 31st. She is so sweet and cute, worried this year because the cruise director who plans and books everything isn't along - we miss them by a week - she has done great with the planning..except for dives with Collette which might not happen now...keeping our fingers crossed that she will be fine. Thinking good thoughts about the MRI tomorrow. :)

Sending our best of wishes that this is just one of those weird little hiccups in life that we sometimes experience. :)

Good Karma

You know you have my well wishes and hope for good karma for your SIL. And if the thoughts and prayers of this forum work as well for Ruby as they did for my DH Richie, who is home and on the mend, then all will be well in paradise.
