The Grad Trip

Post by greyhoundmom »

This year is the four oldies and the two amazing, beautiful grads who will keep us entertained for 9 days! I am trying to think of fun things to do for these girls at night. Thinking live music at the Beach Bar, Island Blues. Thinking of NLA to W Cay for the day. They have only asked to be back on the rock for graduation gift....last time 2008. They are so amazing and fun...off to USC for biology and sports medicine majors. This is certainly the old guys trip but more focused on the fun ones! They don't expect anything special but Mimi wants to make it special!

Rent kayaks at Maho and Kayak over to Whistling Cay and the beach around Mary's Point. It's a beautiful snorkel...a beautiful day!

Minde, love the thought of kayaks which we will have at our rental in Fish Bay. Have one snorkeler who is not comfortable in deeper water or getting back into boat!

it's kind of a long swim to the better snorkel--butyou can let snorkle from teh beach at whistling key and the person wouldn't have to get in and out of the boat from teh water.
< leaving on the 22nd of march...but too lame to figure out the ticker thing again!>

Thanks,Loria. Our one snorkeler had a hard time last year with Capt. Phil on Little St. James. So, I'm thinking, the more shallow snorkle for him and more adventurous for the rest of us. Also thinking of a float vest!

greyhoundmom- Have you been out with Palm Tree Charters before? Super fun, and I think teens would love it.

Are the kids fisher-people? They might enjoy a fishing trip out with Cleve, too!

My teen grad enjoyed the snorkeling and boating and really enjoyed being able to buy herself (and her Mom and Grandma) a drink since she was 18. :D She really liked the shops in STJ too.
