I have no idea on Bob and Anita's sticker, but I think it is very funny. PMK is that from the Jolly Dog?

We have no idea regarding the sign's background. I'll email the owner and ask.
Here is the story, from the owner of the Bayview, behind the RR Crossing Sign on Ajax Peak Rd:

"The story is that I bought it from Seton Signs, along with one I had them make for me, an Interstate highway mock-up identifying Ajax Peak Road at I-0.5. Several years later somebody stole the 0.5 sign, but the RR sign hangs on. I'm planning on replacing the 0.5 sign and hanging it with one way screws."
