Well, we can be glad that guidebook is obsolete---even more mistakes and ridiculous statements than most.
The NY Times article is a bit scary, because it seems rather current to me. I still think of both the Westin (Virgin Grand, first) and the Gallows condos as being
"new". The past 25 years certainly have flown.
