Hospitality Car Rental

Has anyone had any experience with this car rental agency? I booked a car through them but felt a little uneasy afterwards! Thanks

Can I ask what made you feel uneasy? STJ rental car companies tend to be pretty laid back which can make some folks uneasy, so if it was just laid back, I wouldn't worry.

We rented from Hospitality a few years ago, and it was more than fine. The owner (I'm assuming it's still the same) is Thomas, I think, and he was, as the name of his service -- hospitable. He also runs the smoothie stand across from the post office. Assuming nothing has changed, you can pick up your car and have a delicious smoothie. It's a small and personal operation.

The car we had was not brand new, but we kind of like having a reliable vehicle where we don't need to worry about every little scratch. He gave us a cell number for 24 hour access, but we didn't need it. I would certainly rent from him again.

OK, I feel better now. He just seemed sooo laid back, it was strange to this NYer! I will call a few days before our trip just to reassure that everything's in order. Thanks for putting me at ease.
