I also watched Transamerica yesterday. It was not at all what I was expecting.

It's a very cute roadtrip movie with some transgender and family issues thrown in.

I liked it a lot and reccomend it to anyone.

I'm with you. I really liked Red and Unstopable. In fact, they were much better than the King's Speech that won some silly awards last night....

I love the TV show Modern Family. It's the only show that makes me laugh out loud. I confess to having a girl-crush on Gloria, but I love all the characters.

For Netflix, we usually have a mix in our queue. Our most recent watches were The Cove (documentary) and Dinner for Schmucks (kind of lame but lived up to expectations.) For awhile Netflix thought we were gay (maybe they heard about my Gloria crush): we rented Milk and To Wong Fu, Thanks for Everything... at the same time. So for awhile it suggested Brokeback Mountain and The Birdcage and things like that.

My kids watch reruns of Psych on Netflix. Too much. I have that theme song stuck in my head.

My DH usually picks the movies, and picks things I wouldn't think of (like sports movies and documentaries.) But I always like them. Some good ones were: Radio, We Are Marshall, Glory Road, Invincible, Remember the Titans, and The Blind Side.

And if I can't think of anything else, I'm happy to watch Shawshank Redemption for the zillionth time.

The Hangover
Couple's Retreat
Taken

As far as on TV, I'm a reality show junkie. I'm embarrased to admit that I watch all of the Real Housewives. Love Survivor and don't judge me....the Bachelor.

Connie - No judgements here - you and I would get along quite well. Although I am a bit embarrassed to admit it too!

Lysa, isn't that so true. Funny, funny movie.

Couples retreat is pretty funny too if you haven't seen it, rent it.
