Has anyone stayed at Rendezvous by the Sea?

I haven't stayed, but it's on my short list of possibilities. While it has the basics we want, it also has screened porches. One of our trips the air was DEAD and it made for plenty of bugs. Since that trip, I've added a screened porch as a desirable feature but rarely see them.
Still interested in input on Rendezvous By The Sea, but does anyone have suggestions for a place with a screened porch (not just screens on windows)?
I thought I saw where the Garden By The Sea was for sale, and they are on the same website, presumably owned by the same person, so I wondered if Rendezvous might be for sale as well.
