villa named 'Pink Inner Tube'?

A friend of the family (who I don't know personally) just bought a home on Francis which he renamed 'Pink Inner Tube'. We have google mapped the location and can't figure out which house it is, even though there are only a few homes in that area. Has anyone heard anything about this place? I am curious as to what they are doing with it as I have heard they are completely remodeling. I have no idea what the name of the house was prior to this.

Yes we know it well as St John Properties (where we are Realtors) sold them the home. If I can figure out how to post a map I will.

Was this a private house or a rental? Pia, do you know the previous name of the house?

Small world! We also just found out my husband's siblings and their families will be staying at the house in early March...wish we could join them but work schedules conflict so we'll just have to wait qa few weeks longer...
