Congratulations!!!! How exciting!!! If you need any tips on how to 'do' St. John pregnant...just let me know...I've got some experience under my belt. A belt that now doesn't come anywhere near connecting around my huge belly :D

For pregnancy eats, I highly recommend the G-Spot. Even if he doesn't have anything on the menu that is floating my boat, if I just sit there, Garbo will start rattling things off until I go "Yeah! That sounds GREAT!" He's made me some odd, delicious, concoctions over the past 8 months.

Oh, and don't sweat the soft cheese thing... once you start looking at labels, you'll find that almost all the cheeses are pasteurized.

Congratulations!!!!

I am SO looking forward to taking my turn as the auntie. LOVE babies!!! I miss the tiny stage!

Just can't have any more of my own. Not because I can't can't but because everyone (AND I DO MEAN EVERYONE from my BFF to my mom to my husband to my OB to my Pediatrician) cut me off after belly flop! He scared the crap out of a lot of people!

Anyway, as I told Gromit, she knows where I live and I have the don't ask don't tell leave the baby on the porch safe haven rule :) in the event she gets overwhelmed. Each day passes slowly with newborns but the totality of it all flies by! Anyway, Grom you will be a great mom, even if you don't believe it yet!

Congratulations, Gromit! I too was this close to throwing in the towel when I finally got pregnant (about 6 years ago). Our little guy totally changed our lives (in a good way), and I'm happy to say when we finally brought him to St. John he took to the beaches like, well, a duck to water.

Have a great vacation!

Congrats!!! very exciting..since my youngest is 26, I didn't know about the latest tradition for new moms, a PUSH GIFT. Maybe while on STJ you can shop for a lovely piece of jewlery as your "push gift" from hubby?? Enjoy, it is a wonderful time you will never forget.
