Caneel Bay and Little Dix Bay sale

I got an email from Rosewood today announcing a sale on Caneel and Little Dix. Purchase three nights and receive a fourth night for free, plus complimentary breakfast for two daily. Little Dix rates start at $325, and Caneel at $595 for an ocean view room. This offer is good for travel through December 17th.

I know it's raining and a mess down there right now, but those conditions won't last, and I thought someone on the forum might want to take advantage. I'm booked for Vieques next month and Disney in December or I would be going myself!

Please give us a full trip report on Vieques. Are you staying at the W? I have been doing some research on that island and would like to go.

Isn't Caneel closed for a bit of time this fall?

I will be "on island" Friday, Oct. 22nd and had thought of bringing my mom to their lunch buffet. But, I thought it would still be closed.

Anyone know?

Caneel is closed through the end of the month--I think they reopen on the 28th. So the sale is good for November and the first part of December.

Can't wait to hear about Vieques..went there in 78 with friends whose parents lived there..not a tourist island at that time at all.
