Federal Agent On Trial For Murder on St. Thomas

An ATF agent's trial starts this Monday on St. Thomas. He is charged with allegedly killing a man who was attacking a woman.

This case has received a lot of press in Western NY since the ATF agent on trial is from this area. It's an interesting situation and I just thought I'd post a couple links that discuss it.

I hadn't heard about this. I pray that he gets a fair trial. Holy crap!

I believe that's why the ATF pulled out of the Virgin Islands. As my cop son says, if they don't want to be policed screw 'em. Or words to that effect.
