Quick dinner help needed

Post by Xislandgirl »

I made some pesto and have some chicken soaking it all up that I am going to grill.

I want to make pasta with cherry tomatoes from garden, Simple right? Not for me. Simple escapes me when it comes to cooking.

So I boil the pasta and then what? Sautee up the tomatoes quick? Help!

If they are really ripe and tasty tomatoes I would not cook them at all--just chop them and toss with the hot pasta and some parmesean, olive oil, salt and pepper, basil, and maybe a little garlic--not too much. You could add a spoonful of pesto if you have any leftover.

Sorry Becky, I roasted them with a head of garlic I picked up at the garlic farm. It was yummy!
