MJ Rocks Aqua Bistro!

We are just back from our week on STJ. We ate a lot of good meals but the one place that consistently kept drawing us back at night was Aqua Bistro in Coral Bay. Chef MJ prepares amazing, creative meals and his portions are generous. We had the opportunity to visit with him after our meal. His story about how he arrived on STJ is an interesting one. His side kick, Maria, really knows her stuff. Our waitress, Kirsten, is in STJ for 6 months and then on to the Bahamas. She and her husband sold their house in Maine and are taking two years with their two children to sail on their 30 foot boat, Hook.

I hope MJ reads this post as I told him about the forum and he was excited to know that there was a place where everything discussed was St. John.
