Hi - I know you have stayed in Indigo Villa and that you have visited Villa Bijou. My question for you - if you were travelling with two other couples, which of these two villas would you choose? We would like full A/C and a great sunset view.

P. S. I am a little worried because I have read a few reviews that mentioned seeing a good number of iguanas at Bijou!! I don't mind one or two but not an entire family!

Hi jdw---Villa Bijou is a very nice house, but Indigo is spectacular. When we rented both houses, everyone in our group wanted to hang out at Indigo. Gorgeous decor, views, porch, great room. 5 nice bathrooms. Full A/C. Rooftop terrace at Indigo was very cool for sunset cocktails. Only advantage that Bijou has over Indigo (in my mind) is a larger, sunnier pool. Indigo's pool is pretty, but not large. Indigo does have quite a few steps---this doesn't bother me in the least---but I mention it because I have seen other forumites say they don't like lots of steps. Happy to answer more questions. If you want pictures let me know.

Hi again Iowaguy - I thought of another question - or two! Were you able to see the full sunset from Indigo? And did you consider the villa to be private or were there other villas close by?
