Blues Festival impact

Just saw the listing for the Blues Festival next March in Coral Bay...was just wondering how this affects the island as far as making it more busy...more traffic, etc...was thinking of staying in Coral Bay at that time..just wondering if it would be chaotic...thanks for any insight..
