Where to stay?

I have been to St. John's before and stayed at Caneel Bay. We were really happy with the resort and the outstanding beaches.

Are there any comparable places to stay on St.John's, St. Thomas or St. Croix?

The only resort that I can think of comparable to Caneel Bay is Little Dix Bay in the BVI's.

But I think you have already stayed at the best resort! Have you thought of staying at a villa this time around? That can be a great experience too.
If you have a budget and time frame, all the forum experts could give you the best suggestions on villas.

Thanks. A villa is a good idea. I need one that is kid friendly and it needs to be near a nice clear water beach for my wife. Any suggestions would be great.

There are lots of choices in STX. I don't know Caneel Bay to compare, but there are lots of outstanding choices, most very kid friendly with fabulous clean beaches! Good Luck!

We enjoyed Carambola on STX..it was summer & there were waves. Seems it would be good for kids also.
