Villa Venturoso?

Well, we have 24 days left till we're there. We're staying at a fairly new villa-Villa Venturoso in Cruz Bay. Anyone know anything about it-good or.....(hopefully not) bad? Hopefully it's not next to the garbage dump or something! :D
