Wow! That's HUGE!! If I were in your shoes, I would be so excited that I would have trouble staying in my own skin. Hope your dream happens for you. Keep us informed and we'll keep our fingers crossed for you.

Status update - Offer submitted and returned with a counter offer, our second offer is now in their hands. It's a waiting game. And I love all the offers of help from my friends on the forum - I will look into each one personally......

Wow! How wonderful for you! I hope it works out.

We just got back and while on island, we revisited that same "could it work?" conversation we have each trip.

As we sat on the balcony and the level of wine got lower in the bottle, the better and better it sounded!

Since most villas are out of our reach and maintenance ability, we sought out other rental property. Still up in the air.

Woohoo!!! Any price breaks for former Badger state residents???? Maybe we could work out a deal in exchange for Packer tickets!

Gosh, I can't imagine how excited you must be. We just bought a house here in NY and I thought the process would kill me.
Good luck!!!

I think most of us here have probably considered this at one point or another. Good luck and looking forward to hearing all about your venture. Ali~

Hey! I met and shook hands with Mr. Tracy in WI at the dock as we were leaving, so I think that makes us close and personal friends for life now. Right?

Anyway, hope everything works out for you! Looking forward to hearing how this turns out.
