last minute villa opinions
Since you love cooking and therefore the kitchen is very important I voted for #3 provided the construction is not earthmoving, rock blasting cement pouring construction. You're out and about most of the day anyway so I you don't have to deal with cement trucks and bulldozers I wouldn't be to concerned. Just plan to be gone while they are hammering away.
You don't mention the kitchen in #1 which would be my first choice, as long as the kitchen is comfortable with everything you need to perform your magic. #3 is a close second, but I kind of get the feeling that the noise will bother you. However, keep in mind that we do not want to sacrifice your great food porn pics because the kitchen is not well suited to your needs. Ok, ok, I know I'm making this about my visual satisfaction, sorry. You'll make the right choice and have a great time!

I vote for #3 if the construction is not right next door. Please tell us what villa you decide on so we can come over for one of your gourmet dinners with fancy cocktails! Just joking! I'll be waiting patiently for your trip report though!

I've got 2 tickets to paradise~Pack your bags we'll leave tonight!

#3 is my choice hands down & should be yours unless yall sleep in in the morning. stj is about the beaches and evening views for wining and dining so construction next door should not be an issue.
#1 might work but for the elephant in the room!
you do you homework and it shows. there is no bad decision, just some work out better than others.
