FINALLY got in touch with Spirit

I finally got in touch with Spirit just now...not much hold time at 4:30 am. We have vouchers and credits available to us so we can begin the planning stage again as soon as all this mess is settled..I hate we will not be able to make this trip...but at least I get to plan all over again..:)Not many get to do that 2 times in a yr... I hate the disappointment on the kids faces not to mention my mom is already here( she drove 4hrs to come and go with us) It was to be all 3 of there 1st trips. But things happen for a reason...not sure what it is..and at least we can stay longer this time...so there is a bright side...

I am so sorry that you had to cancel your trip through no fault of your own. How disappointing for the kids and your mom. Hopefully, it won't last long but who knows? We are sweating out 7/28 departure. Thank goodness for vouchers!

It would be nice for them to get something worked out today and us get on a flight over the weekend...but ..prolly not gonna happen that way either...but none the less...at least we are eventually gonna get there...I think..

Well, We'll miss seeing you on Sunday, but I really hope this all works out for the best. Hopefully waiting until August will put even bigger smiles on all of your faces!
