Newbie Trip Report Part Nine
We got up and started to pack up and get ready to go. 
Our flight didn't leave until 4:30. Check out was around 10:00. The owner of the cottage called us to ask if we needed a ride to the ferry. Patrice went out of her way for us. I thought that was a very kind gesture. We took her up on it. She picked us up at 10:30 and dropped us off at the ferry. We took the 11:00 ferry to Red Hook. Very smooth ride. We caught a taxi going to the airport and got him to drop us off at the Island Beachcomber. It is very close to the airport. The staff there was very nice and let us store our luggage in a room next to the office. They have a nice bar and restaurant on the beach. We got a couple of drinks and some lunch and enjoyed our last few hours of the beauty of the islands. We got a taxi and went to the airport about 2:30. We got our tickets and went through customs and security in about 45 min's. Our flight left on time and we arrived in Atlanta 45 min. early. That was a change from our flight down. We caught a shuttle to the hotel,checked in and went and got a bite to eat. We were pretty tired so we turned in soon after we ate.
