after seeing this luxury villa on TV and in the latest STJ magazine I'm happy to report I never need to rent this place. While it is lovely and spacious and has glorious views of the North Shore I feel if I rented this home I would feel guilty if I ever left it. Hence, cheating myself of visiting the beautiful beaches of St. John and defeating the entire purpose of my trip.

So .. happily crossing another villa off my "possible" list. Whew .. I feel free!

Remember, you can go to Peter Bay Beach directly from the Presidio!

The funny thing is that seeing that place on TV made me realize that I'd never want to stay there. It's way too over the top. The architecture of the place is beautiful but the decor and furnishings make it feel stuffy and not at all like it's on STJ.
